During this evening to remember, the co-presidents, Louise Cérat (Lavery, De Billy) and Gilles Labbé (Héroux Devtek), announced that, to this day, 1.5 million $ has been collected. They added that the Foundation's fundraising campaign goes on until the end of December 2008. So it's not over yet !
Louise Cérat and Gilles Labbé expressed their deepest gratitude to the honorary patrons and directors of the Marie-Vincent Foundation whose remarkable determination, made this result possible.
The Foundation wishes to thank all its donors. These innumerable acts of generosity translate as direct support to improve the well-being of Québec children who are victims of maltreatment and sexual abuse. This give the Marie-Vincent Foundation the means to continue its mission through the Centre d’expertise en agression sexuelle, as well as through its research projects, awareness campaigns, and the support offered to various community organizations.
