Request procedure...

Requests for financial aid must include:

• The organization’s mission
• A description of the project for which financial aid is requested
• The anticipated budget
• A schedule of production
• The number of children benefiting from the project
• Information on the organization
• Its letters patent
• Its most recent financial statements
• The names of its administrators
• Letters of support and press clippings, when available

Requests must be received no later than September 1, every year.
