Awareness campaign 2007...
Initiated under the theme "Sexual Abuse Kills Childhood", the 2007 campaign is designed to raise public awareness of the devastating effects of maltreatment in the life of children under 12.
Figures posted on main public routes in downtown Montreal and in front of various public and Para public organizations, for example, remind the public that abuse toward children constitutes a serious crime. Reproducing a crime scene, this message concretely illustrates the dramatic impact of abuse on victims and their near ones.
The awareness campaign’s success was made possible through the support of the Québec Ministère de la Famille, des Aînés et de la Condition féminine, and through the generosity of TAM-TAM\TBWA advertising agency creators, who have developed all Foundation awareness campaigns since 1997.
In addition to outdoor posters, the awareness campaign included a TV and radio message regarding sexual abuse toward children.
