- The Centre d’expertise Board of Directors: Jean Ranger, Normand Chartrand, vice-chairman, Jean-Marc Potvin, Guy Boudreault, secretary-treasurer, Claude Girouard, Lucie Joyal, executive director, and Jean Saint-Onge, chairman. Not appearing: Claude Guévin.
The Centre is a non-profit organization financed by various sponsors, including the Quebec government, which ensured initial financing. More recently, the Centre was admitted to the Quebec government's youth action plan. This assistance and recognition allowed the Marie-Vincent Foundation to set up establishment mechanisms and ensure the Centre's durability. An eight-member Board of Directors oversees the Centre's proper functioning; the board is composed of representatives of the Foundation, the public service and business communities.
As of December 30, 2006, the Centre's regular personnel consisted of nine employees. Counting interns and research personnel, 18 persons are directly affiliated with the Centre, in addition to personnel from the Centre's main partners.
