Where do your donations go?

Any person or organization wishing to submit its candidacy must send the following documents to the Marie Vincent Foundation:
- Submission form (in French)
- A Detailed description of the project:
- Mission of your organization (maximum ½ page)
- Brief description of the main activities of your organization (maximum 1 page)
- Project description (maximum 2 pages)
- Results observed (maximum 1 page)
- A curriculum vitae (in the case of an individual)
- Two letters of support from Sponsors
- Any document that could aid in the analysis of the proposed candidacy and help qualify the candidate for the prize (ex. Press clippings, information material, etc.)
Eight (8) copies of each document is required.

Note: Note: Documents submitted will not be returned–Please send copies and not original documents.
Submissions or documents that are incomplete, or are received after the deadline will be rejected, as will any project that does not relate to the goals of the Marie Vincent Prize.
Winners of the prize must agree to have their name and/or photo published by the Foundation.
